Returns and Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return period, which means that after receiving your item, you may request a return within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@primefitting.cz. Please note that returned goods must be sent to the following address: Rybova 1337.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, cut flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items, etc.), and personal care products such as cosmetics. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Terms of Withdrawal and Refunds

This document sets out the rules for returns and refunds in accordance with the Czech Civil Code and EU consumer rights directives.

1. General Right of Withdrawal

Under the law, a consumer buyer has the right to withdraw from an online contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right applies to standard stock products (for example accessories, standard gloves, and standard golf balls).

2. Exception for Custom Products (Golf Fitting)

In accordance with Section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the consumer’s confirmed specifications or tailored to their person.

Within the services of Prime Fitting s.r.o., this exception applies to:

  • Golf clubs assembled based on individual fitting.

  • Products with custom-set parameters (shaft flex, length, loft, lie, grip, swing weight).

  • Goods modified based on recommendations for a specific swing, body type, or playing style of the client.

Because such goods are, once assembled, practically unsellable to another customer, it is not possible to guarantee a full refund or a complaint based on subjective dissatisfaction with parameters that were approved by the client.

3. Order Confirmation and Agreement with Specifications

The client must approve the final product specification resulting from the fitting:

  • in writing by email,

  • by signing the order form,

  • or by placing/paying for the binding order after receiving the specification.

By doing so, the client expressly confirms agreement with the technical parameters, components used, and final price. Any later objections to these parameters will not be accepted as grounds for withdrawal from the contract.

4. Compensation and Adjustment Options (Goodwill)

Although the law does not grant a refund right for custom-made products, Prime Fitting s.r.o. is committed to client satisfaction. In individual cases, we may offer:

  • Partial compensation: a partial refund after deducting the cost of devalued components, such as labor, shortened shafts, or used grips.

  • Component replacement: reconfiguration of the club under favourable conditions, such as replacing the shaft with another model.

  • Store credit: issuance of a voucher of a certain value as a goodwill gesture.

The decision to provide such compensation is entirely at the discretion of Prime Fitting s.r.o. and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Return Procedure for Standard Goods

For goods that do not fall under the exception (stock items):

  • The buyer notifies the administrator by email at info@primefitting.cz.

  • The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Funds will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

6. Return Shipping Costs

The costs associated with returning the goods (postage, shipping) are borne in full by the buyer, unless the return concerns a valid claim for a material defect.
