Shipping and Delivery Policy

Order processing: The standard time required to process an order and prepare it for shipment is 2 business days. This period may be extended for custom-made products (fitting) depending on component availability from manufacturers.

Shipment dispatch: Once your order is ready to ship, we will promptly hand it over to the selected local or international carrier.

Delivery time: From the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Please note that we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time, as it depends on the carrier’s workload and operational capacity. Any delivery times stated on our website are for reference only.

Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking details, if tracking is offered by the carrier.
